2. Personal data we collect

Outside of the live chat, we do not collect any personal data via the website. There are no contact forms, no logins, and no registration on the website aside from the chat feature described below.

If you choose to use our live chat, we collect:

• The name you provide in the chat form
• The content of your messages
• Any images, videos, or files you attach
• A unique session ID and timestamps, to display your conversation and connect replies to the right person

3. The Live Chat (Chat Widget)

Purpose and legal basis

The live chat is used so we can respond to your questions and inquiries. The legal basis for the processing is consent, which you provide by checking the consent box before your first message is sent.

Recipients and transfers to third countries

Messages sent via the chat are forwarded to our support team through the Telegram service, so we can view and respond to your message. This may mean that your personal data is transferred to servers outside the EU/EEA. We strive to only use services that apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

Storage in your browser

For the chat to function, the widget stores certain technical information locally in your browser (so-called local storage), such as your session ID, name, and a unique access token for your chat session. This is strictly necessary for the chat feature to work and is not used for marketing, cross-site tracking, or profiling.

Retention period

Your chat history, including messages and attached files, is normally kept for up to 30 days from your last activity in the chat. After that, the data is automatically deleted. Uploaded files are only made available via temporary, signed links with a short lifespan.

4. Cookies and tracking

The website otherwise does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools of any kind. Your visit to the rest of the website is not logged or stored by us. The local storage used by the chat widget (see section 3) does not count as tracking or marketing, but is strictly necessary to deliver the service you request.

5. External links

The website contains links to external platforms such as Facebook, Steam, X (Twitter), and email. When you click such a link, you leave our website and are instead subject to that platform's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how these platforms process your personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to, among other things:

• Receive information about what data we process about you (a register extract)
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, including your chat history ("the right to be forgotten")
• Object to the processing or withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
